This place is a hidden gem! To start, the service was incredible. The sweet woman who took my order on the phone had such a warm energy about her and I can tell she cares about her business. We ordered the Bao trio, Bulgogi rice bowl, Sichuan chicken sandwich and the pork gyoza. The food is authentic, delicious, and very clearly made with love. We will absolutely be returning. I wish nothing but success and prosperity to this business and happy to have a great spot to order from here in Augusta!

I’ve been getting their food for a few years, I’m never disappointed. Amazing staff, everyone is pretty nice. Food is always delicious no matter what, if you’re in the mood for spicy chicken it will definitely hit the spot. Options for everyone, I haven’t tried the new brunch food yet. As for the inside of the restaurant it’s intimate but not too much, spaced out pretty well, it has a cozy vibe to it at night when the outside is cold and the music is playing. I will keep coming back so I definitely recommend this place to anybody who wants to try Asian fusion.

Up from Portland for work and I honestly am gutted at the idea of living over an hour from Bao & Beyond. I’m not even done with my meal yet and had to write this review. It is stupid good! I had two bao buns, banh mi and fried chicken. Perfection, the spice on the fried chicken was top notch! The bulgogi fries?! Are you kidding me, I’ll dream about them until I’m back up here in April for work again. Atmosphere and staff were fantastic!
